£4,000 raised so far for the Joshua Orphanage

Elmhurst School for Boys

Thanks to the efforts of all our boys, staff, parents and the Elmhurst Friends' Association, we have raised £4,000 so far, for our chosen charity, the Joshua Orphanage in Malawi.

Money raised for the charity, goes a long way:

£5.00 buys 50 metre sheets which can cover collapsed walls or roofs

£7.00 buys warm blankets

£15.00 buys 5 iron sheets to cover collapsed walls or roofs until the storms have passed

Elmhurst's donations will help to put roofs on 800 houses.

We look forward to welcome a charity representative to the school, later this month, to accept our donation.
