In Art, Year 5 have been looking at the art of Andy Goldsworthy. With materials found in the natural environment, Goldsworthy creates simple, yet beautiful sculptures that surprise, delight and intrigue. After researching and making observational drawings of natural materials that they had collected, Year 5 went to forest school to replicate sculptures in Goldsworthy's style. They learned that they can use any materials to create artwork and improved their teamwork skills.
View the Photos of Year 5 Boys Art Project in Forest School and we hope you enjoy them-they certainly had fun making them in a team!
