Year 5 share their work

Elmhurst School for Boys

6th March 2015

Year 5 have enjoyed their recent cross-curricular work, using persuasive writing skills in English, to create leaflets in their ICT lessons.

The boys were asked to create a leaflet, persuading people to come to a foreign county or city. Having established some persuasive devices and tricks of the advertising trade in English, they were then asked to research a destination of their choice and create the persuasive leaflet using Microsoft Publisher.
