I have just finished a walk around with the builders and the Little Elms room is looking amazing. It is a lovely big, open space with lots of natural light. When you first walk in there is a cosy space for group learning that will be carpeted. Our reading and ICT areas will be located here. You then walk into the now extended conservatory, which is a great space for explorative play. The writing, maths, construction and creative areas will be located here. This area also opens out to our outdoor space, allowing for freeflow play which is essential in early years.

All the supplies and furnishing will be arriving in a few weeks. I can't wait to get in the room and start setting up. Hopefully I can include some photos in my next blog.
