£4,000 raised so far for the Joshua Orphanage

Elmhurst School for Boys

6th March 2015

Thanks to the efforts of all our boys, staff, parents and the Elmhurst Friends' Association, we have raised £4,000 so far, for our chosen charity, the Joshua Orphanage in Malawi.

Money raised for the charity, goes a long way:

£5.00 buys 50 metre sheets which can cover collapsed walls or roofs

£7.00 buys warm blankets

£15.00 buys 5 iron sheets to cover collapsed walls or roofs until the storms have passed

Elmhurst's donations will help to put roofs on 800 houses.

We look forward to welcome a charity representative to the school, later this month, to accept our donation.
