British Wildlife Centre (Year 1)

Elmhurst School for Boys

On Friday the 1st of March, Year One visited the British Wildlife Centre. We were learning about nocturnal animals and really enjoyed our trip. Here are some of the things that we particularly liked.

The owls were my favourite because they can fly in the dark.

I liked the rats because they were rushing about and they were finding some food to eat. They eat salad, tomatoes and carrots.

At the British Wildlife Centre, the otters were my favourite because they were playing lots and they were eating chick’s heads.

The badgers were my favourite because they are like a big black rock. They were hard to see in the badger’s sett because it was so dark.
