6th July 2018 | Key Stage 2
On Thursday 5th July, Joshua A and Noah B-M teamed up with our friends from Old Palace Girls to represent Croydon and play in the finals of the London Youth Games at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre.
33 boroughs took part and over the week well over 140,000 children will have competed in various sports finals.
The boys and girls had a fabulous day playing eight other boroughs in their group. After a long day of hard fought tennis they found themselves finishing second in their group, missing out on going through to the semi-finals by only two points to team Hackney, who they beat in an earlier round.
Well done team Croydon for doing so well.
