This week, Reception have been learning everything you need to know about taking care of a pet.
We had a discussion about what pets the children have at home and what they do to take care of them.
Miss Nembhard brought her pet hamster; Chester, in so that the children could have hands on experience on how to look after a pet and what they need to keep them safe and healthy. The children were very excited to see Chester and they got to stroke and feed him.
I think they would now all like a pet at home! Sorry!
