20th January 2017 | Early Years
In Reception class this week, we have been learning about different forms of transport. We have been sorting them into land, air and water transport, and learning their names.
In Literacy, we have been looking at the book ‘Duck in a truck’. We have been using our sounds to write independent sentences about the book.
In Maths, we have been re-capping on one more and one less from 20. We have been learning to count in 10s using cubes to support our counting.
Lastly, we have continued to share and play with our friends using kind words and our manners. We have had a fun week of learning and we look forward to reading and learning about our new book next
