The benefits of video coaching for staff

Since the start of this academic year, staff at Elmhurst have been using coaching and video observation to reflect on and develop their teaching practice.

The project, led by Bellevue Education's Education Director, Sam Selby, alongside Mrs Mawanda and Mr Cater, enables teachers to see learning through the eyes of the pupils, with the aim of reflection on and improving the quality of all children’s learning.
