Video: Applying a growth mindset to learning

At Elmhurst, we want every boy to be a successful learner, to ensure they are prepared for the challenges of the 21st Century.

A key concept which shapes our ethos is 'growth mindset', based on the work of Carol Dweck.

All pupils are encouraged to apply a growth mindset to their learning, viewing mistakes as an important part of the learning process and an opportunity to improve their abilities.
