This week, Year 1 had their class assembly on 'Amazon Rainforest'. They recited their own class poems, which they had been been working on.
The special list poem, had a word pattern: WOW word+noun+ing word.

This week, we have also met Paddington Bear from Peru and shared marmalade sandwiches with him.
We look forward to following our intrepid explorer 'Norman' to North America next half of term and celebrating Thanksgiving!
