Year 2 enjoy their trip to Kidzania

Elmhurst School for Boys

26th June 2017 | Key Stage 1

On Thursday, the Year 2 boys got the opportunity to go to KidZania - an indoor city built for kids. The children worked in small groups and got to explore over 60 real-life activities and test their skills in a variety of professions. The boys loved being firefighters, car mechanics, work in a Pokemon animation studio and so much more. The boys had to decide whether the wanted to do 'jobs' which paid them a salary (KidsZos) or do experiences/leisure activities and pay to do them. Some boys went to university and graduated with a degree, others saved up enough money to open their own bank account. Year 2 are now qualified flight attendants, some are now famous Capital Radio presenters and some even chocolate making experts for Cadburys. It was a fantastic day!
