At the end of last term, Year 6 enjoyed an action-packed residential trip to Condover Hall.
Read some extracts from their diary entries:
The food there was delicious. The breakfasts were mouth-watering, the lunches were unbeatable and the dinners were appetizing. My favourite activity was abseiling. The only scary part was going over the edge and trusting that you won’t fall. After that it was just like jumping backwards. Dan (our instructor) always gave me tips on the technique.

Thursday was the best day because we did climbing, Jacob’s ladder (a really high set of thin horizontal wooden poles), Conquest (a Condover version of Laser Quest) and nocturnal safari, where we played games and tried to find really small bugs.

Our group did fencing. It was really fun as I learnt a lot about the sport and Orson was really good (he beat everybody!). I enjoyed Jacob’s ladder as only one person completed it (Tobi). There were seven steps but the gaps were really big (I got to the fifth step).
