Last term, Year 6 created their very own French identity cards. The boys asked and answered questions, giving information about themselves such as their name, date and place of birth, colour of hair and height, all in French.
Year 6 enjoyed performing this as a role play, with one of the pupils acting the role of a serious French 'gendarme' who stopped us on the street to ask for proof of identity! We also looked at some examples of old fashioned French identity cards and discussed how they differ from more modern versions.
