Year 6 PSHE

Elmhurst School for Boys

16th October 2015 | Key Stage 2

In PSHE, Year 6 have been working on how to cope with the pressure of exams. We brainstormed lots of strategies, including some that last year’s Year 6 had come up with, and then decided on headings that they could fit under. These are the headings:

Think positive

Change your thoughts

Stress relievers

Take care of yourself

Do things you enjoy

Exercise

The boys then chose at least three or four suggestions from each category, and have promised to try them out in between revision sessions over half term!
