Year 5: Learning Life Skills in Ashdown Forest
This week, Year 5 pupils stepped out of the classroom to enjoy a three-day residential trip to Hindleap Warren, an activity centre in the Ashdown Forest. These trips are part of our outdoor learning provision and play an important part in developing a child’s independence and resilience, both of which are essential life skills.
It’s also a huge amount of fun, sharing a room with friends and taking part in activities that challenge both problem solving and bravery.
Everyone had a brilliant time, staff included.
