Gabby Hutchinson-Crouch visited Years 3 – 6 this week to talk about her work writing sketches for CBBC’s Horrible Histories. She shared scripts and video clips of the Romans with Year 3, the Ancient Greeks with Year 4, the Victorians with Year 5 and Shakespeare with Year 6.
The children learnt about the process of writing for the screen and were able to ask questions. Gabby has also written the Darkwood series and many of the boys brought in their books to be signed. Our thanks are extended to the EFA who funded this author visit for KS2 and have another one booked in for EYFS and KS1 after half term.
